2010 Nissan Maxima

Carsabi Fair Price

$25,268

The Nissan Maxima has been a midsize sedan in the American market since the company was Datsun. It started as a real-wheel drive with an inline six engine, as well as a station wagon variant. It got the Maxima name in 1984, and the first front wheel version came that year. Major power upgrades came in 1988 when Nissan offered a 190 HP V6 in both manual and automatic transmission-equipped cars, as well as a limited-slip differential. A CD player came in 1997 with a new exterior and a V6 that could be paired with a manual transmission. Power again increased in 2000 with a 222-horsepower engine, as well as low-profile tires and alloy wheels. Spikes in power came in the next generation, and then in 2009, and the car has grown by about six inches in width and length and wheelbase since the first U.S. model.
