The Ford F350 is the automaker’s largest pickup truck still offered for personal use. It started in 1952, but most buyers will start with the 8th generation, running from 1987 to 1991. It had a four-wheel anti-lock brake system and four-wheel drive. Power ranged from 150 HP to 210 HP. The next generation Ford F350 launched in 1992, and had a much less boxy appearance. In addition, an upscale Eddie Bauer edition was available as was a side airbag for the driver. The latest generation launched in 2004, with an all-new platform and slightly more angled design cues. A better interior was also available for the Ford F350. The newer models are also available with a PowerStroke Diesel with some of the best power numbers in the class, though not quite able to pull down a mountain.
