Carsabi Fair Price

$15,586

Outside of a lost decade between 1985 and 1994, the Chevrolet Impala has been built since 1958. Back then, it was a full-size automobile with the big fins and coupe and covertible options, with three V8 options. It included an inline-6 from 1958 to 1964, which a number of V8 options available from 1964 to 1970 and an SS option with more power. It became nearly boatlike from 1971 to 1976, and lost power through the Malaise Era into 1985. When it was re-released in 1994, it came with a 5.7-liter V8 and SS options. Beginning in 2000, it was a mid-high-size sedan with three V6 engines, bench or bucket seats, as well as sunroof options, and for the first time a front-wheel drive car. It’s commonly seen on many police forces. From 2006 to 2013, the V8 was added with updated interiors and infotainment packages. The new 2014 Impala takes a thinner grille, more aggressive styling and 10 airbags.
